You can visit us at local Farmers Markets in the Georgian Triangle area, regional festivals across southern Ontario and through our catering services in your own backyard.

We provide catering for all your special event needs, including; weddings, buck and does, birthdays, office parties, corporate events, celebrations of life, backyard BBQ’s, sporting events.

What are Empanadas?

Empanadas are a stuffed pastry which can be baked or fried. They are similar in style to a Cornish pastie or Jamaican beef patty. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar which means to wrap or coat in bread. They are made by folding dough over a stuffing consisting of meats, vegetables, cheeses and a variety of other stuffings.
We make our empanadas by hand and from scratch using the meats and veggies that are cooked on our custom bbq trailer.
They are perfect to serve as an appetizer at a party or to eat as a meal any day of the week.

What is Asado?

A•SA•DO – (Spanish)
In Argentina, the word asado is used the same as the word barbeque is in English. An Asado is a social gathering held regularly among family and friends to celebrate a special event or simply the weekend. The menu for a traditional asado consists of a variety of meats which are cooked on a Parilla grill over hot coals or an open fire acompanied by grilled veggies and salads. Asado is also the name for the beef ribs which is generally the primary cut of meat used.


Chimichurri is a traditional sauce from Argentina made from finely chopped parsley, garlic, and oregano mixed with oil and vinegar. It is used primarily on beef and also goes great with pork. It can be used as a marinade for both poultry and fish or As a sauce it can be used on grilled vegetables, avocados, omelettes and as a salad dressing. 


El Chimichurri es una salsa tradicional Argentina cuyos ingridientes pricipales son: perejil, ajo y oregano mezclado con aceite y vinagre. Casi siempre se lo utiliza en la carne de vaca, y de tocino; tambien puede ser utilizado como adobo para pollo y pescado. El chimichurri queda riquisimo cuando se lo utiliza sobre vegetales cocinados en la parrilla, en aguacates, en omeletes y como adobo en las ensaladas.
