Truly Authentic Argentian BBQ and Empanadas!

What is Asado?

A•SA•DO – (Spanish) – An asado is primarily a social gathering held regularly in Argentina that consists of large cuts of beef, pork and a mixture of other meats which are cooked on a Parilla (bbq grill) over hot coals or an open fire. Asado is also the beef ribs cut in a long strip of short rib style pieces.

When Chef Joseph met his amazing wife Alejandra in Argentina, he realized he needed to bring her and this amazing food back home with him. He now uses a custom made Parilla built onto a trailer to produce amazing meals perfect for all your catering needs.

What are Empanadas?

Empanadas are a stuffed pastry which can be baked or fried. They are similar in style to a cornish pastie or jamacian beef paty. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar which means to wrap or coat in bread. They are made by folding dough over a stuffing which consists of meats, vegetables, cheeses and a variety of other stuffings.
